FIG. 02 — Services
Technical & spare parts
A broken part should not bring a machine to a halt. We reproduce parts that are discontinued or too slow to import, in engineering materials chosen for the job.
From the original part, dimensioned photos or a drawing, we take measurements, rebuild the model in CAD and print it in a material suited to its constraints: heat, friction, impact or sunlight.
The file is archived: next time, your part is reprinted without starting from scratch.

Materials
Recommended materials
-
PETG
Polyethylene terephthalate glycol
Tough, slightly flexible and moisture resistant. The best all-rounder for functional parts.
- Nozzle
- 230–250 °C
- Holds
- ≈ 70 °C
-
ASA
Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate
Handles heat and sunlight without yellowing. The choice for parts exposed outdoors or under the hood.
- Nozzle
- 240–260 °C
- Holds
- ≈ 95 °C
-
PA-CF
Carbon-fibre reinforced nylon
Stiff, light and stable at high temperatures. The material for the most demanding technical parts.
- Nozzle
- 260–290 °C
- Holds
- ≈ 150 °C
FAQ
Questions about this service
Q01 Is a printed part strong enough?
For many uses, yes. With PETG, ASA or carbon-fibre nylon and the right settings, a printed part can effectively replace an injection-moulded one. When it cannot, we will tell you honestly.
Q02 What do you need to reproduce a part?
Ideally the part itself, even broken. Otherwise, photos from several angles next to a ruler, or the main dimensions.
